Pay-it-Forward

This Fall Wayland Dads are going to coordinate a Pay-it-Forward effort across Wayland to support Cradles to Crayons.  We will be collecting gently used children’s clothing, footwear & books at several scheduled events taking place around town (see drop off locations/times below).  At those events, you will see the WD table filled with kids volunteering for this worth cause.

In November, a team of Wayland Dads and our kids (5 yrs+) will go visit the very special Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory in Brighton to volunteer in their warehouse.   During our volunteer field trip we will learn the importance of giving back by helping in this very worth cause.

The Giving Factory visit along with the donation drive effort are opportunities for families stress the importance of giving back to those less fortunate.  Take the time to collect items with your kids and then be sure to have your kids with you to drop them off at our donation tent.
