Father-Daughter & Father-Son Breakfasts

One of Wayland's best and longest-standing traditions, the Father-Daughter & Father-Son Breakfasts are open to all Wayland elementary school-aged children, K-5, and their fathers. By some accounts, these breakfasts have been running for 30+ years!

The breakfasts are a great way for Wayland dads and kids to connect in a fun, welcoming environment.

Fathers and Daughters meet on the first Wednesday of each month, and Fathers and Sons meet on the third Wednesday throughout the school year at Mel's Commonwealth Cafe to enjoy breakfast together, share town updates and kids' highlights, and end with a fun-filled raffle.

FATHER & SONS DATES (run by Mike Grant)
Breakfasts will be held at Mel's throughout the school year on the third Wednesday of each month, with a couple of exceptions. Dates below marked with an asterisk will fall on the 2nd Wednesday that month. Please add these dates to your personal calendars so you don't forget! I will also send out reminders before each breakfast:

TIME:
Breakfasts start at 6:45am and last for approximately 45 minutes. The goal is to wrap up by 7:30. I know it's early for a lot of kids but it's the only way we can make this event happen and get everyone out in time for school. 

Cost and details on dues, raffle and logistics are covered when you join either Mike or Evan’s respective email list. Keep this tradition going and spread the word about this fun breakfast for dads with elementary-aged kids.
